Honourable Rodney Cloete serves as the Chief Whip of the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC), the Official Opposition in Namibia, and the Shadow Minister of International Relations and Trade (MIRT) in Namibia's 8th National Assembly. Born on 23 October in Windhoek, Namibia, he brings a wealth of experience in humanitarian work, organizational development, and youth leadership to his parliamentary role.
